ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?
YES. You can make your reservations online through the City Bike Tours page, or if you prefer to conduct business over the phone, dial 514.317.6316.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THE TOURS?
YES. Participants of the "Tastes of Montreal" & the "Sunset by Bike & Boat" tours should be 13 years and older. Participants should be comfortable riding a bicycle. For younger riders, we suggest booking a very well priced customized tour - which, takes the pressure off having to keep up with a larger group. That being said, this tour is rated "easy-going" and includes several stops along the way.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
My Bicyclette offers a 100% refund on all tours if the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds for any reason once we are within 24 hours of the scheduled tour. In the case of "bad" weather (where riding becomes dangerous), My Bicyclette will be happy to offer a RAIN DATE or a refund. We want you to ENJOY your Montreal riding experience and will not ask you to ride in a downpour.
DO WE GO INSIDE THE MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS?
NO. Your guide will be happy to provide all the information you require to be able to get back to any of the points of interest you pass during your tour. We encourage you to visit all the jewels this city has to offer however, three hours just isn't enough time to be able to enter the museums.
WHERE DO I GO FOR MY TOUR?
All tours leave from My Bicyclette, which is located at 2985 C Saint-Patrick Street, Montreal, QC H3K 1B9 - steps south of the Atwater Market. Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure time. Free streeet parking is available on St. Patrick Street and on Thomas Keefer Street. Arriving on metro? The tours are offered in French and English. Should you prefer a tour in Italian or Spanish please provide us with 72 hours request and we will do our best to accommodate your group (minimum 5 persons per group required).
WHAT IF I HAVE MY OWN BICYCLE? CAN I USE IT?
